Wendy works as our IT Business Partner Manager, taking responsibility for the delivery of IT Recruitment services across all sectors of IT. Wendy has a particular interest in the professional services, financial services, and higher education sectors. Prior to Clarence, Wendy worked for both outsourcers and agencies, where she was responsible for managing regional IT recruitment delivery teams across the UK for over 20 years. Wendy oversees all our recruitment solutions including contingent recruitment, C-Suite, executive search, talent modelling and the strategic & operational delivery of all retained campaigns. Wendy is known for her high standards with regards to delivery and client satisfaction. Her ability to drive exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates is always at the forefront of everything she does.

Alan leads our education recruitment division and has a rich and varied background in teaching, having worked as a qualified teacher (QTS) in Birmingham schools for over a decade. Alan delivers an exceptional service to both our clients and educators at Clarence Recruitment, his reputation in the market is unrivalled! Alan prides himself on having long lasting working relationships; he places teachers, support staff and SLT in both temporary, interim, and permanent contracts year on year. His day starts very early and finishes late.  This is all in good faith that our committed team have delivered an outstanding service, to both our educational settings and immensely hard-working candidates.
